I think my EE "pullet" is actually a roo!! Second opinions needed!

That's a gorgeous bird... oh my gosh I haven't seen one more beautiful! I wouldn't give it up in any regards... i'd keep it as a house pet if nothing else... diapers aren't that bad. Thanks for sharing... I really really hope it turns out to be a hen. I wouldn't give up at all until either he crows or she lays.

Edit: I had a favorite EE I was convinced was a roo... turned out to be a hen! I hope you have the same luck!

I am also guessing Pullet. I do not see any saddle feathers, and the hackle that look pointy, I am guessing is coloration. Compare the questionable EE's saddle feathers to the one you are sure is a roo (if you still have him).

She looks so body soft and hen-ish also. My light colored EE roo (RIP) had a very male body from about 5 weeks on - he stood and walked MALE.

I really hope it is a pullet! I'm so torn, and I'm new to this whole chicken thing so it's really hard for me to tell myself... I heard crowing coming from the coop today but by the time I went out there to see who it was coming from of course they had stopped!! So I couldn't tell who the culprit was. Thanks for all the input so far!
