I think my hen vomited :(

Hello there, my 18 week old pullet did something unusual.
Although she appears to be fine, I thing she vomited.
I did not see her doing it but the fluid she left was a mix of her food and water so my first thought was vomit.
Could there be something wrong?
What can I do?
Could she have just drunk too much water?
Could there be a disease?
