I think my maran might be sick

hey everyone.

My maran is normal pretty docile as usual, but I caught her acting pretty sleepy in the middle of the day and I feel like she’s looking pretty pale in her feet and face. I haven’t witnessed her eating food or water since I noticed just a few minutes ago but she has been pecking and eating bugs.

Any thoughts?

Update info: I saw her drink some water as well. Is this just how marans sometimes act? I think the paleness is just throwing me off
