I think my silkie has brain damage HELP!

Something scared them lastnight and this girl jumped up and hit the top of her run...I didn't notice her acting adnormal lastnight but today she won't walk and she twist her head around and is kinda nodding her head.

She is eating and drinking and can do it on her own....WHAT CAN I DO TO SAVE HER?

Give her some time. A hearty knock on the noggin can cause all sorts of problems. Unfortunately, the problem will resolve itself or the bird will not recover. A vet is not likely going to be of much assistance. Head injuries are complicated and unpredictable. All a vet could do would be to prescribe anti-inflammatories to aid in reducing any swelling. There are risks in even using those at this point.

I would separate her from the flock and give her a few days in a warm place to recover in peace and quiet. Allow her sole access to food and water. Time will either allow her to heal or to pass.

Sorry I don't have any better input. I hope she recovers.

She is in a box in the house is where I will keep her...I called my vet and he suggested steriods...Should I not go that way and just give her time?

If she's eating and drinking, I would just wait and see. Chances are good that when the swelling goes down and the injury gets better, the symptoms will go away. It may take several weeks or more. Your vet is right, I would get those steroids ASAP. It helps the swelling go down.
