I think one of my ladies needs some help...

Not sure exactly what kind she is...larger, white w/black speckled neck, black tail and wing tips...small comb...anyway, I have had her for 2 months..along w/ 2 others...and she is getting rather lethargic...sunken neck..doesn't scratch, not layings...the other two are laying one egg per day,perks up when I go pick her up but once left alone, continues to just sit and wait for the day to go by....???what do I need to do, look for...????

Thank you for any suggestions...OH! Food;layer pellets, corn scratch 2x per wk and oyster and grit 2x per wk and fresh water daily...she;ll go after it but not with any enthusiasm. Thank you for your help...
