I think one of our chickens has GERD...

I've noticed one of our chickens kinda vomits/drools occasionally. It's like a liquid just comes out of her mouth. She's fine otherwise. Eating, drinking and pooping. Well, except she isn't laying right now. She's always been a strange one. Always to herself. She went broody but was breaking eggs so she went into the broody pen for a few days. She hasn't laid an egg since and I'm not really sure the eggs she brooded were even hers. She's out of the pen now and I've seen her do this several times. I'm not real concerned but just wondering if anyone might have seen this or know if I should be concerned? Thank you.
