I think she sprained her leg :(

I don't know if there is anything I can do for her. Yesterday she stayed inside her coop while the others went out. Today she came out, went to the water dish and drank for about 20 minutes (its hot here) and then as she was leaving she fell forward. when she got up her right leg was shaking and it seems to be bothering her. I know she isn't sick because she is eating and her eyes are clear. She went in the shade and she has been sitting there ever since.

What can I do for her?

I'd set her up with food and water that is easily accesible. She might be getting dehydrated from an unwillingness to use her leg until she absolutely has to.
If you could offer her a crate with food and water to stay in until she improves that would really help.
She might have just sprained it from landing awkwardy or twisting it. The more she stays off of the bad leg the faster it will heal.
You might also want to check her for any signs of old or new infection in her feet and legs. Bumblefoot left untreated can almost dissapear from the foot and then become a deeper problem for the bird later.
