I think she's dying... advice PLEASE

Thanks everyone... that was Olivia, my daughter, posting tongiht: I was holding the chick for the last several hours. I do think there was something wrong with her from the start: all that crying... but it was shocking how in the space of a couple hours she went from fine (running around chirping, eating ad drinking) to obviously extremely ill. I know we did everything we could for her, and she was held and loved to the end... but still so sad.

You tried your best and took great care of her, better care than most chicks recive,but it is inevitable that a least one of your flock members will pass away. I understand it feels like it might have been your fault but it is not. When my chicken passed away due something with symptoms similar to your case, I realized that when she passed away it made me want to take better care of the others. I hope you can feel the same way.
