I think they are all pullets because they don't have huge combs

Red sexlink roosters would be white with a few brown specks on the wings, so yes, yours are hens.
Thats the beauty of sexlinks, hens and roosters are totally different colours.

yea. unfortunatley that trait doesn't carry on to their chicks. Are those Red-Stars or a different type of Sex-Link?
