Totally impossible to discern at this age... when they are a little older and start vocalizing you will be able to tell. Males will make a raspy sound and the females will start to quack... LOUD. When they are fully feathered the boys will get a drake feather on their rump. You cannot tell from their behavior, at all. We were *convinced* our duckling was a female as it acted and looked just like the mother. Sure enough, it was a boy.

They sure are cute, though!!

That last picture is so cute!

But, yes, I can't tell right now. At this age, males and females are exactly the same. Best to wait until you can do voice sexing.
 
You can try vent sexing, but they are a little big for that... easier to do when they are very small.
