I think this is normal ... but figured I should ask.

My son alerted me to the fact that there was HUGE piece of chicken poo in the coop so I went to go check it out. OMG, this thing was so big, it was about as big around as an egg and twice as long. It was bigger than what my dog produces. Other than the size, it looked perfectly normal. Is the a normal occurrence? Did the chicken get constipated or something? Is this a potential cause for concern?

My hens do that if they've been sitting on a nest.

It is normal . Sometimes they just have HUGE poops. Mine have made some giant ones and I wondered how such a little thing could leave such a huge poop behind!
