I think/thought it’s a hen.

now maybe having second thoughts. She gets picked on more. Not a lot just More than the others. She just has a big comb and wattle. no black and green tail Feathers. So my question is can hens have big wattles and combs or do you think this is a sleeper rooster. 17 weeks old

Yes,it’s a girl,by now you would know if it’s a boy,she is ready to lay.

Definitely a pullet. The developed comb and waddles just mean she is close to egg-laying stage. Does she do the egg squat at all yet?

They squat,and spread their wings out a bit.If she did it you would know what me mean I’m pretty for sure.
