I think we are moving...

Not 100% yet, but I think we are moving. We had been talking to the guy for sometime about a owner fin house just over the way, today we went to talk to him at the house. The house has more room, in and out, a pond, hardwood floors though out, lots of gardens, and a huge barn, aka future bunny barn. We really wouldn't have close neighbors, lots of room for chickens, a pond for the ducks, and GARDENING SPACE! The house isn't 100% perfect but it is 20 years old, and has reclaimed hardwood flooring, real wood flooring, from a house that was built in 1860. It's super nice, and oh did I mention, haha it's $200 less a month then our house now! If we do get it, we would be moving in on/around April 30th. We would either sale or just rent our current house out.

I really like the place of land and house, plus the price is unbeatable.
