He's a very handsome boy

They can begin crowing at any age...one of our boys started at two weeks old

, and we had a BO that didn't start crowing until he was 15 weeks old, and even then he only crowed a few times.

Good luck with your boy...we hatched out 5 chicks and i think 4 of them are boys, and we can't keep roosters either

Thank you! He's actually quite friendly too, and follows me around the backyard. I'm not sure if its bc he likes my company or he just wants some treats lol. I have heard him make some sad attemps at crowing, but nothing like the adults (thank god).

I have a Roo that is a year old and I have yet to hear a crow. Hope you can keep him, he sounds great.
