obviously, I am confused.

I set eggs at 9AM on 2/13. Is day 1 on 2/14 at 9AM? Then lockdown would be March 3rd or March 4th?

Your day one count is after 24 hours from set time, so your day one is actually 2/14.

Day 21 will be 3/6.
count backwards from there to Day 18 which is 3/3
that would be the day to lock down.
