Both roosters - The one on the right is going to grow up to have golden hackles and saddle feathers with a black/green tail and a tiny to no amount of red splashing on its wings.

I will agree with both roos. But I am new to EEs and have 8 that were hatched Dec. 3rd and two are black and white like yours (had a 3rd but it died). One post someone said that the black and whites are all roos, so I would like to know what yours truly turns out to be.
