I thought I knew what breed this was, but now I'm confused

This is General So. I've had her for a few years and she was my first chicken. I was told she's a Bantham, because of the fluffy feet, but then I was told Banthams are small and she's as big as my Australorps. Does anybody have any idea what breed she could be?

Fyi: Bantams are small chickens. There are many different bantam breeds. The smallest are Serama A type. There are a few other bantams without a big counterpart like Dutch. But most are miniatures of larger breeds. They weigh all less than 1.5 kg. Some have fluffy feet but most of them do not.
