Don't go giving it any girly names...

I have birds that were 18-20 weeks old before I heard the first crow (if you can call it that), and they squated for me, too. I tried to convince myself they were tomboys, but not the case.

thats a cock! as far as what breed, if you ordered it from a hatchery or something to that nature, it probably is a golden comet or sex link. if just picked up any old where, then it is diffently a barn yard mix with comet sex link or road island red. as far as easter egger, if you mean amercana, there is no way. cock for sure though, what ever the breed, the chick is young and is just starting to get cock feathers in his tail. if its a hen it will have some of the nicest tail feathers i have ever seen.

I think the tail feathers say young rooster for sure. I see the green legs, but I guess if it does lay eggs and they are greenish/blue you'll have 2 questions answered (girl/EE). Either way it is very pretty!! Good Luck!
