I *used* to like Mel Gibson

His father is a very outspoken anti-semite and holocaust denier. Though Mel has never said to the media that he denies the holocaust, he has publicly said that he believes his father has "never told me a lie", so he obviously believes as his father does. Add to that his anti-semitic rants of recent years and you get a hateful racist. I couldn't care less about the state of his marriage, but that man is scum.

Off topic, but...

See, for most of us women, there is a HUGE difference between admiring someone's good looks (Sam's) and drooling over to the point of wanting to bed that person. Just because I appreciate the artwork God did when He created Sam, and other very handsome men, doesn't mean that I covet them as husbands, or bed partners. That is one of the major differences between most women and men. Some men don't seem to be able to look without touching.

Back on topic... Mel really should have waited until he was divorced and remarried to father another child. Just my opinion on that subject.

For every man that looks and touches there has to be a female, unless he is gay.

We really really should not get into the race issues here it is against TOS. And I believe you are making a lot of assumptions from a drunk rant while being arrested. He was ticked of and like a lot of people his anger took over, happens all the time. And probably to some here.

As one who has been called a racist JUST because I supported John McCain, and live in the south, before the embarrassed fool found out I am mixed race. There is a old saying about making assumptions.

I agree. Jesus said, "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone". And we should consider the same. I'm not perfect so I can't judge someone else.
