Cornish cross are about the easiest thing to find at a hatchery.
Most of them carry them.

I was hoping not to get hatchery stock I was hoping to get them from someone that is raising them

There is nobody raising them. They are a hybrid and the breeding stock is very closely held. Nobody can get their hands on any of it.

You could probably buy hatching eggs. Other than that, you will buy the chicks from a hatchery.

They wouldn't breed true and what you get from a hatchery is about the fastest growing bird obtainable.
