I'm sorry to hear about your sick duck! I don't know much about ducks, but would guess that this is a Niacin deficiency.

I don't know a lot about ducks, but I do know that they need plenty of niacin to stay healthy, which can be found in quality duck feed or added to their diet through brewer's yeast.
