i was looking for a blue print for biulding a new coop

i was going to biuld a new coop for my girls but i ant got any blueprints to biuld it you know where i am going to find one

We bought our coop plan from mypetchicken.com. We got the plan for the Daisy which will hold up to 12 hens comfortably. They have plans for many other coops as well.

You can check the Purina website for a smaller coop design. The Virginia Extension website (part of the Virginia Agriculture Dept) has three different sizes on their site. I ended up looking at pics here and on google and also checking books at the library. Most of the "free" plans show little or no framing details nor materials lists. I'm designing mine myself from ideas and putting it on paper first so I can get an idea of how to build it and exactly what I need for materials. Hope this helps. Good luck.

what kind of book you check out at the library jw well i was going to say that but you already did well got to go

Go to library or bookstore and browse the books on "building a shed" (like a backyard storage type shed) or "building a playhouse". Some of those books have EXCELLENT detailed plans, shopping lists, and well-photographed step by step by step instructions

Its actually the Virginia Cooperative Extension Center site for publications. Scroll down to Animal Agriculture and click on Poultry. I know there are at least three different sizes on there.
