I have one extremely similar her and she was sold to us as a sapphire gem. She is a very quiet, independent girl, was the bravest and sweetest as a chick. I was confused on what she really was. I thought marans for a while, someone on here told me she is a Rhoad island blue. Here is the link to my post:
