I was told this was a Black Cochin..Not so sure

It has a white speckled chest, white tipped wings, and has fancy feathered legs and feet which are also white speckled.
 
What color are the feet themselves?

The feathers don't look as soft and "moppish" as most Cochins I've seen...albeit it is still in juvenile stage.

Overall I think it fits Cochin best, but may be a mix.

It has yellow feet. And yes, I think it resembles a cochin just doesn't look a lot like the pictures I searched for them. I believe it could be a mix, too, but with what is the question, lol.

I personally don't think it's rear is all bulbous and rounded like a cochin's

No, its shape is not quite right...not d'Uccle either, but not fully Cochin. (I'll post photos of my Cochin hens at ages of about 3 months and you'll see what I mean).

I think it is likely a mix....the yellow feet indicate Cochin in it. It could possibly be a poorly bred hatchery quality Cochin too.
