But she doesn't have feathers around the feet...is it something else? She has gray legs and feet. I know the smaller one is a campine

if you want feathered legs, pick chicks with plainly visible fuzz on legs/toes, even as newly hatcheds. the fuzzier, the feathered-er their legs as adults.
 
I've had several cochins and all had feathering on their legs and feet. It's not a cochin. sorry

The smaller one appears to have a rose comb-if so it's a Golden Pencilled Hamburg not a campine. The large one isn't a breed. May be a production hybrid or just a cross.
 
maybe gold laced wynadotte and cochin cross.. but don't take my word as gold, I'm just guessing

Hmmm, so is the rose comb the only difference between the hamburg and the campines?
