I went outside and my chick wouldn't walk

So about a day n a half Ago then i went outside to feed my chickens and one of them was laying down constantly and wouldn't walk or run or go get food around so finally i picked her up and tried to see if she'd walk she of course didn't so i put her back in and then came back to check on her she was lying on her side and then on her back and every time she tried to get up she would scratch her wing so now it has dry blood and missing feathers. so i've taken her out from other chicks and now shes sleeping but every now and then you'll hear her whimper so i know shes in pain.Also shes been laying on her wing so much i am worried that it is getting damaged as well
so basically i really need some help.what do i do?
please help

I would suggest going to see a vet about your sick chicken. Have you felt for broken bones on her legs? You should keep her away from the other chickens and keep her comfortable. Is she still not eating and drinking?

any signs that she was attacked? Isolate her from the others in a nice cozy box in a darkened area so she can rest. If she won't eat maybe you could temp her with plain yoqurt put a little on you finger and smear a bit inside her beak so she can taste it. Or finely mashed egg yolk, moistened with yoqurt. You could try getting her to eat some watermelon if she won't drink.
