watching the world wake up around me.... I'm hearing the chicken song alot coming from the coop and I WANT to

down there so bad but dont want to get

when I dont see an egg, so I"ll wait alittle while.................

Well I could wait any long, so I went down and there was an egg

This is our 7th egg since 8-4-09

I'm sooooooo jealous! I haven't even heard the egg song in the past 2 days. I think the heat is keeping them from laying. It's been hot and super HUMID these past couple of days!

We are working some more on the coop so I'm going in and out... quick check in the nest boxes and there were 2 MORE! One's from one our our lil bantams......... and I think she wanted to set on it?!!!!
