One of my hens went broody ~27 days ago... and screwed up the hatch completely
So I decided to order some Delawares and the plan is to keep her broody till they get here. But now I'm wondering, because I don't know when the order will come in (orders are first come first served)
If I get these chicks next week, Do you think she could still hatch a couple of eggs in the process of keeping these chicks warm? I really want some more of my easter eggers
Has anyone played with this idea before?
