i've had a seller send me the WRONG eggs! and then get huffy and puffy when called out.
i've also had a seller NOT send me the eggs.
when i say something? i'm the jerk. i'm the difficult one.
well, the lady who sent me the wrong eggs - - i paid over a hundred bucks for those eggs and only one that hatched was the actual breed i paid for. that's insane. and, of course, her response makes it criminal, in my opinion. i'm thinking about filing charges based on the money and principle.
if i went to pier 1 and got twelve bowls and only one was what i paid for, the expectation, of course, is that it be replaced. and, it be done with a friendly, apologetic tone. just because you're [maybe!] on a farm or in your urban hipster backyard doesn't mean you can scam people. that's uncool to the highest of degrees.
also, just because you supposedly signed up for some online site that has a TOS doesn't mean anything. that can be torn apart in a court. it'd never get that far though.
