Hey
all! I posted myself on this map with directions on this thread! Pretty neat, huh? I feel really lonely, I'm the only Iowan on the map.

Okay. After driving for hours, trying to straighten out my corrupted computer (think son messed with it while we were gone) and dwnlding pics, here is the straw cochin, should had her standing, and the little band-aid orloff, who is doing much better. I took the pic of him yesterday late afternoon.

I also spoke with the folks who developed her. They had no others to spare! It is one of their many "projects".

Now who is gonna volunteer to rip the band-aid off?

Oh my, that Straw pullet is beautiful. I wonder if this color is breeding true yet?

Did you find out who fixed up your orloff?

it will probably change a few times over the next few months though lol.

Hey Trish, the eggs I got from you hatched on Thursday - at least 5 of them did. Only one of the AM eggs hatched, but all 3 of the little pullet buff orpington eggs hatched and the BR too!
I'll try to get pictures of the little fuzz balls on line soon.

I got my grower cage set up and ready for the Iowa Blues! It is 6 X 20 so it should be plenty of room for 10 - maybe more?????.

YAY!!! I forget, did you hatch them under a broody, or an incubator? I'm pretty sure you told me a broody, but I have mad cow disease. LOL. CRS syndrome too.
