Wonder how Lisas are? Oh she lost hers in a rain storm didn't she. I forgot. Wonder how Chubby and Poofy are doing? One of my orloff chicks got his eye poked out by another. Seems to be okay but the last one that happened to didn't make it for very long.

I can be there anytime, will be staying up the street. Does anyone need or have my cell number. We are traveling on Thursday and will eat at the big truck stop. david is a gear head so he likes that place. Is there a casino nearby? Trishs' dollar is already burning a hole in my pocket!

Trish... Do you know if I can get a couple of bags of wheat based chicken feed from Hubbard milling down there? I can't get any wheat based feeds up here.

Hey Trish! Here's an update on the chicks I got from you last month.

6 weeks old:

Barred Rocks, and Cochins

Cochin and Welsummer

Ameraucana

All 5 of the hatched chicks - 3 BO, 1 BR and 1 AM

Buff orps

I think they are doing well. The Barred Rock Cockerels are monsters! Even the Ameraucanas seem bigger to me than the ones I got on March. What are you using as a rooster now?

Yes, she tried that on me and I was trying to be good and didn't bite on it! Now I'm kicking myself!!

Just to pre warn everybody.... there is a chance i may not be down. last night the flu attached itself to me. 101.4 temp, up to 102 today and all the fun things that go along with it. However I think late this afternoon my fever broke. Will give it another day to decide.
