Just checking in. We worked all day on the screen room. Michael says it will be done tomorrow.

I will shop around for some cheap base cabinets and get a laminate countertop for my incubator area. I know a kid who welds so I will probably build brooder boxes out of melamine for easy cleaning and have him make some custom doors to keep the predators out.

My last batch of Icelandic eggs are on lockdown. Now I just have to wait for Lukka to be pure again. Orders are already coming in.

I got 7 cream legbar eggs in the mail today! Expecting 7 more in a day or so. I won't even need Kelly to sex them for me since they are autosexing.

And yes Kelly, you can still come in the house.

Kelly, Mary wants to keep you in the house to prevent any more chicks from disappearing! That's the real reason for putting the brooders right by the window.....so she can keep an eye on you when you visit!!!
