Mary, I vote that as one of your best video's should win Best short at the Oscars- hands doen. love the music score also. I hope you are keeping that little rascal, what fun!

Another great thing about Icelandics.....I've been hatching and distributing till I am burned out...loan out my incubator, have two hens setting that hatch, two more setting about three weeks later and suddenly I go from 7 Icelandics to 27 in about 5 weeks ....and am able to bless someone else with use of my incubator! These are the most bountiful chickens ever!

Wow, Jake is missing and Andy is back, all in the same week.

Hi Andy. Sounds like you've been busy. Hope you have a lot of hens in your young group. My luck has improved in that department.

OMG that is too funny Kathy. Might as well be broody on a road trip if you're a chicken! Sitting would make the trip easier.

If we don't hear something soon, we may have to have Shawn head west and Michelle head south and see if they can find him. He should be pretty easy to spot on the highway!

Yesterday's Icelandic Mayhem:

6 AM- Buff and White are out.

I try and catch White, but she flies into neighbor's tree. I had to leave, and when I came back a few hours later, there was no sign of her. I talked to the neighbor ( a big girl, and a tall girl too) and told her to keep an eye out, but not to try and catch it since she has a bad back.

12 PM- Husband calls, tells me he stopped in and caught Buffy while he was home. No sign of White.

5 PM- Come home, menfolk are going to process turkeys. I take kids out for ~3 hours. No sign of White.

8 PM- Come home, menfolk tell me big girl neighbor found White, and was chasing her up and down the street. The three menfolk joined in, finally caught White.

...

6 AM- Buffy is out. Injured Icelandic (Scalpy) gets out of cage while I am changing her water. I catch and re-quarantine her.

I tell Buffy not to get eaten by the dogs, and she can stay out.
