Icelandic Chickens

I found the first egg today in my pen of Campines that I hatched at Valentine's Day, 18.5 weeks!

Still waiting on the rest of my hatch

We are home with the wagon! Technically it is not a buckboard Deb, even though it has a buck board. It is built as a freight wagon replica, which are narrower and have different sides. Here it is on our lawn.

Here is where it came from. The previous owner makes films and as a business they made movies starring entire families. This is the wild west town they built and where the family films were made. The business struggled with the economy and he decided to close it down. I got the wagon. The entire town might be heading for Knott's Berry farm in southern California.

I am exhausted. It was a long but very fun day. Michael is returning the flatbed trailer we rented and then we'll probably crash. Can't wait to get it set up in it's permanent location with props and plants. The July Fourth regalia all shipped today!

OMG, love it...This is going to look great on your Ranch.
Wish I new you needed a flat bed trailer. We have one you would have been welcome to use.
