ichy hen?

I have a hen that is about a year old. she is acting like she is itchy or something. she isnt scratching but she ruffles her feathers alot and every once in a while shakes and flaps and squaks. any ideas about what is up? she looks good. i picked around and looked at the base of her feathers and didnt see any critters crawling around. could she have hay fever or something, i put straw in the bottom of there run. the other three hens i have are acting fine.

look around her vent and under her wings for bugs/egg bundles attached to the end of the feather shaft. look on her neck. maybe some kind of worms around head/eyes/throat. i'm not sure, maybe someone else may have suggestions.
