I received some fertilized eggs from a neighbor who has a variety of chickens including barred rock, easter egger, silver laced wyandotte, silkie, frizzle and white leghorn. Trying to figure out what these chicks are and if they are hens or roos. I am thinking I have two roos and one hen, but not certain.

Mixed breed chicks can be harder to guess what breeds are involved until they are older, and it still can be best best guesses.

They are too young to sex. Post new pictures at 8-10 weeks.

Known as barnyard mix, and with that many breeds entwined, 🤔 it's a guess, at best. My little mix was specified when I got her as a point of lay pullet. She is Black Copper Marans x Cream Legbar. Lays an med-large, pinkish cream colored egg almost daily However, she took a 4 month break when she molted. Have fun guessing! Check back with photos later.
