New to chickens. Bought this sweet baby at TSC 2 weeks ago. Was told she is a buff Orpington pullet, however her feathers are coming in much redder than my other BO baby. Any ideas if she is really a BO or something else?
Edited to add: i have uploaded these pics rotated 3 different ways, and they always show up here sideways...??

hey! yep, she's definitely not an orpington! she looks like she's either a golden/red sex link or an amberlink. i know most TSCs sell amberlinks every year - and from her white base with red streaks, it looks like that's what she could be. however, there are many other possibilities. i hope i can be some help here!

was thinking maybe a golden sex link just from looking at a multitude of pics, but as I am new to raising chicks, I thought I would ask opinions from someone who may know more about it. she's very friendly, but she has outgrown the BO and definitely has different color feathers coming in! I've figured out that TSC has no idea what they are selling LOL

i would definitely say it's possible! and oh yes, i've gotten some not-so-correct breeds from there as well!
