Well if it is an RIR maybe it was the free meal maker and the silver laced wyandotte was the other rare one. I don't think of the wyandottes as rare but it is in Meyers list for this assortment. After looking at more pics I do think the second one could very well be RIR. I didn't realize their juvenile wing colors wouldn't be solid

I may just have to wait a few weeks and see how their feathers grow in. I'll post updated pics in a week or two maybe that will help.

Does the reddish one have leg down? Buff Brahma is considered rare there.

The little gray looks just like my little blue andalusian. They have black legs and beaks and can have white on them or not.

Ok, this chick that was maybe identified as a Rhode island red seems to be growing a head tuft now at about 3 weeks.

Curious to see how this turns out.

I don't recall Swedish Flower hen on the list but I think it's possible that they're working on it. Those can have small crests and some varied plumage...
