ID on strange eggs?

I picked up a doz muscovy eggs from ebay which came in today. Kind of annoyed they shipped them over the weekend and they sat at the post office on sunday. I had assumed the would wait, but all of the eggs made it undamaged so I should know pretty soon if any are good,They all look like normal muscovy eggs aside from three that are much smaller and are brown with brown spots. Any ideas? Can muscovy's lay brown eggs(center pic)
