Can someone please settle and argument and help positively identify these two cuties (b&w beside the goose)? This is Rose and Sawyer two from our flock

I didn't want to sway anyone but that is one guess. The other guess is Ancona.

I thought Ancona also did you get them from a feed store or breeder or hatchery?

I think they came from a feed store or feed store type place. They were actually given to me by a family member's neighbor whose grandparents bought them for their kids and they were disgusted by them. Not sure how, because they are super sweet. Anyway, I say Anconas and a friend of mine says Mag Pies.

Well what ever breed they are they sure are pretty I am glad you got them. Very sad to me the way people go and buy ducklings for kids who never asked for them in the first place then get disgusted with them. They are much better off. and

Yes, I agree. I'm not really sure how the grandparents thought it was a good idea in the first place since these people live in a small city and I'm sure there are ordinances on livestock there.

I thought about Black Swedish but I own one. These two have extensive mottling on their heads and necks, more so than any Swedes I've seen. Someone also said Muscovy, but I have had Muscovies before and they aren't Muscovies. Plus, they quack, very loudly.
