ID Rooster Banty? Breed? See pic

Someone gave me this rooster. I think it is a banty. You can see hen in the background so don't let that fool you. He crows like crazy and is really cocky! Can someone help me ID him?

He is Campine .They are smaller but no bantams.And Welcome to BYC

I love his eyes. Are they blue?

Don't know if they're blue, but I just read that there are 500 breeding pairs in North America, on the "critical" list. Whatever that is. Maybe I won't eat him after all.
