Idaho?

She is bantam, she is one of the ones you gave me. Bella is broody now too, she is also bantam. Does he have 2 or 3 more eggs he would be willing to give me?

just dawned on me..once i integrate my chicks (in a few months ) what do I feed my mixed flock? right now i am feeding the big girls layena, and i'll be doing flock raiser for the chicks... do i just feed them all flock raiser and leave out oyster shells to meet calcium needs or what?

My chickens before were just weeks apart so it wasn't a big deal.

Here's the way I look at it. If these chickens were in the wild, what would the chicks eat? Everything the adult chicken are eating. I feed all my chickens the same stuff. 16% layer feed. The only difference is I feed crumbles to the smaller ones because its easier for them to eat. I never have any problems. They grow up just fine and seem to be just as happy and content as all the others.

Does anyone know of a missing rooster in Garden City? A rooster showed up in my yard. I already have a rooster and this guys is awfully pretty. He's also too old to have been a surprise cockerel. We can't/won't keep him, so I am hoping to figure out where he came from.
