you know.....where I say I like candidate A, then you say you like candidate B

then everyone else picks sides & says why their candidate is better,

then we start pming the mods cause we don't like each other views, then Terrie Lacy has to come in & shake her head & lock the thread.


Then a few minutes later someone starts another thread with the same thoughts about candidate A or B

I personally come here to talk chickens. I don't even know why anyone comes on here to discuss politics, aren't there other forums for that?
It seems like they are just looking to stir the pot.
I never open them, but its kind of a pain to have to sift through the many many off topic threads like that just to find something that is relevant to... um I don't know, keeping chickens.

My biggest pet peeve are when people make up titles to their threads for shock value, something really dramatic, that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of their thread, just to get you to open it.
I swear its like a contest for some people to come up with the most ridiculous thread titles. I find it annoying to be mislead when you are short on time and want to just pop in here for a few minutes to catch up and you have to wade through all the chicken poop to get to some good info.
I can't tell you how many threads I have opened to find out its about how someone stubbed their toe or ate a banana.
I mean really, sometimes people pretend they are posting about one thing when its really about another, just to have an opening to discuss their personal life.
I know I sound like a b***h, but just had to get that off my chest.
