I got four Faverolle chicks from Ideal last month with an order of 16 rare assortment chicks. I call them the "Four Derpy Birds" and the name is accurate (sweet and calm, but not MENSA material). Two of them have started to grow in black feathers (but I read on here that sometimes hatchery pullets can be that way?), but don't have any other male attributes. None of them have a noticeable comb and all four have the hen "boat shape".

Those are pullets.

Here is a picture of some of my Faverolles cockerels. They are older than yours, but you can tell that the cockerels are much darker than your chicks are.

I think they are pullets even though hatchery birds aren't typy like breeders stock. You may be interested in a long running thread called "Derperella, the weird faverolles and friends,' thread. Derperella is unusual even for her breed. She is from hatchery stock as well.

Wow, that is one beautiful (if strange) Faverolle. Nambroth is an excellent writer!

How much older are yours? Mine are going to be 5 weeks this week.

I'd vote pullet as well, tho I'm no expert. I have a 10 week old SF pullet even darker than this (also from Ideal; that'll be the last time I get that breed from them). I had to laugh at your 'derp' description, bcz that fits her to a T!

I wonder if the "Derpyness" is just a thing with the Faverolles from Ideal or is it just a breed thing?

I don't know! She's been my only experience with the breed and while she is very sweet, she is definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. She's also at the very bottom of the pecking order (even the younger ones pick on her) and prone to fits of chicky hysteria if the wind so much as ruffles her feathers. Couple that with the fact that she's mostly the color of wet clay and doesn't look at all like she's supposed to...well, color me unimpressed. If I ever get more (doubtful) I'll try and find a breeder.
