I am building a small coop. I either want it to be inside the coop and easy to clean or outside the coop and easy to fill. I was looking into the PVC feeder but wasn't sure. Also, could I make a pvc waterer? Please let me know!

Yes I am curious too. Right now we are using the waterers and feeders that came in our McMurray starter kit but they quickly get filled up with the pine shavings we use as bedding. I'd like to hang something but all the hanging feeders are ginormous.

there are a few sites that showcase homemade feeders/waterers somewhere on BYC i think, but otherwise you could buy a small waterer, cut the top lid off, drill holes right beneath where you just cut, and then take wire or something to hang it....that would keep your pine shavings out or just mount it up on something.......

Here i cut a slot in my booder where i slid in a feed trough and locked it in place that way i can pour in the food from outside and they can eat inside. I also took PVC pipe run it thru the brooder cut the top part off where they can drink from it. One end is capped off the other has an elbow where i pour the water in.
