I just ordered a few chicks from Ideal, and decided to get some Malays. They look interesting enough, were only like $3, and my Madagascar from them is wonderful, so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm not expecting quality, just interesting looking pets. The thing is, I'm not really finding pictures of Ideal's Malays, and I'm a little curious. I've heard people say they aren't very good looking, but I haven't seen anything to back this up. Does anyone have any, and does anyone have pictures? I'd love to see.
And just because, here is my remaining Madagascar, I think she's about 7 months old. I originally had three, but lost one to a prolapsed vent and one to cold (this girl is now in a heated garage until the weather warms up). She's very tame, and she's a big bird, the dog in the picture is a lab mix, and is probably 20 inches to the shoulders.
