Ideal poultry order

Hi I'm new and I ordered off of ideal poultry on March 9th, I got an email saying that they would ship on the 9th but her I am on March 22cd and I don't have any chicks. So I was wondering if they will send me a order conformation email or a tracking code? I ordered 2 buff ores 1 silver laced sebright 1 brown sex link 3 silkies 1 frizzle Cochin 3 barred rock 4 white faced black Spanish 1 female Peking duck and 1 male plus 2 of there ideal 236 pullets.....

I've never ordered from ideal. I ordered from Meyer last year and they sent me a tracking number and an email telling me exactly when they shipped, and a time frame when they should arrive.

What did the email say? Was it just confirming that they got your order?

If they shipped on the ninth, and you haven't received them, that is concerning.

It just said that they shipped on the 9th but I think that they made a mistake. And other than that it just talked about diseases and health concerns with day old chicks:/ I have to call them today and see what's up

If you ordered on 3/9, it's very unlikely they shipped that day. Are you sure it's not 4/9?

They have a number you can call for customer service. They're the best ones to ask.

Yes this was the beginning email...Thank you for your request. We are glad you chose to order 'IDEAL' Poultry.
Your request has been scheduled and will ship on 03/09/2016. I emailed them and said that when they ship I will get a tracking code. I guess I'll have to wait and see
