Ideal Poultry question

I want to order about 7 more breeds of chicks in mid March, but now I see that some are sold out until April, and they won't let you be on a waiting list. Do you guys think that if I called them I could order the sold out chickens now, to be shipped when they are in stock, or do I have to wait? I'm afraid that all 7 breeds won't be available at the same time if I wait, but I also don't want to bother them if it's not possible. Thanks for any help!

Check with Privett before you go with Ideal. IMHO they have better birds.

I've ordered several times from Ideal with outstanding results. I don't know if you can order by phone when they say they are sold out, but you could try. They are nice people.

Unfortunately the one breed I want the most, privett doesn't seem to have. I've been mostly satisfied with Ideal so far, I just wish I could get on a waiting list for the breeds that are sold out!

We only want about 10 to 15 Sultan hens so we like to get the best quality we can. We just got an order of 15 from Ideal but they wouldn't sex them for us. So at this point it looks like we have around 3 to 4 hens and 12 Roos.
