Ideal Poultry sending "shipped" email?

This is my first time ordering from a hatchery online so I'm not really sure of the process that occurs. Will Ideal Poultry send me an email when they ship my birds? I got a phone call today saying that they would be shipped out today (It is two weeks early.) if I was okay with it and I confirmed it was alright to send them out today. Will I still get an email? I'm hoping to get a tracking number so I can watch my birds through the process of shipping, though I'm unsure if I will need to directly email them to ask for it or if they'll just send it to me themselves.

I have bought from 4 diff hatcheries including Ideal. I did get emails with tracking info from each place.
Enjoy ur babies! ( I currently have 3 week old ducklings in the brooder)

So it turns out they didn't actually ship them yesterday as the lady on the phone had said. They shipped them today and emailed me the tracking number after I called and asked for it. Missed school for nothing, whoops lol
I figure they'll come in tomorrow. Not missing school again so I guess I'm just going to get my grandma to pick them up for me. Wanted to be there to get them but it's whatever I guess. As long as they're alive and well.
Thanks for the help everyone!

Also @simplify what would you say the quality of their ducks/birds are? What kind did you get? I actually ordered a duckling, two goslings and some chicks and I'm not quite sure what to expect! I know it won't be anything near show quality, but I'm just wanting pets/lawn mowers.

they are hatchery grade, so conformation wont be good
but they are cheap, no minimums and pretty nice customer service peeps

Good Luck and make sure to post pictures!

How did it turn out Khota?

Whoops sorry for the late response!
My birds came in on Thursday - Though I ended up having to go to school, so my grandmother picked them up for me and held onto them until I went to her house after school to get them.
I now have 2 Buff Goslings, a Crested Magpie duckling and 7 adorable chickens that I can't quite identify (I'm more of a waterfowl person myself.) . Everyone came out alive and they're all really lively and friendly!
I'll see if I can get some pictures of them up, maybe someone will know what kind they are.
Thank you all so much for the help everyone!

Here's some of the birds. The chickens look mostly the same - black and yellow, some fluffier than others.
Anyone know what breed the chickens are?
