Wow, just checked the Ideal Poultry site. They are backordered on most chicks until May 18th. So glad I took a chance and got mine ordered in February. Must be a lot of new people starting to raise chickens.
I was thinking the same thing when I ordered mine! I checked the site every night and started to notice, that days were selling out...quick. I told my dh I wanted to get our asap or we wouldn't get them until the Summer. I was happy that I ordered when I did. I do think its becoming more popular. This is my first batch & look at the member numbers on this site!
